The Clowes Fund Self-Evaluation Form
Use the Grantee Self-Evaluation Report form to submit the following:
- Interim Reports - due for multi-year grants to trigger annual payment. (Submit via e-mail to reports@clowesfund.org.)
- Final Reports - due within 30 days of project completion, or one year following receipt of grant. (Submit via e-mail to reports@clowesfund.org.)
- Status Reports - due with a new proposal unless a final or interim report has been submitted within six months of the proposal deadline (i.e. since Aug. 1, 2010) for any prior grants from The Clowes Fund. (Submit as an attachment to your application on eGrant.)
