—Who do you seek to serve?—How do you reach the people you seek to serve?
—What will be different after the grant is completed? Explain the 3-5 Measurable Results entered on your GOapply application.
—What forms of inclusion (racial, cultural, religious, immigrant background, gender identity and expression, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, etc.) are important to your work?*
—How does your board and staff leadership reflect the community that you support?*
